Bok het as sanger en liedjieskrywer baie gegroei sedert sy weghol debuut in 2006. “Dit was nodig dat ons so lank moes wag met ‘n tweede album,” sê Bok. “Ek het in daardie tyd gegroei as kunstenaar en wou wag vir die regte tyd om ‘n tweede album uit te bring. Ek is baie opgewonde oor die album en veral opgewonde oor die nuwe klank en neiging wat die album inslaan.
